3. Foreigners with work pass/student pass/long-term visit pass seeking to convert their foreign license must personally visit the Traffic Police Headquarters for verification of their foreign license and identification documents.

A. Original and photocopies of passport and identity card/work pass.
B. Original and photocopy of foreign driving license.
C. Recent passport-sized photo with a white background.
D. $50 processing fee.
E. International Driving Permit or translation of the foreign driving license.
F. If your foreign license lacks issuance date, obtain a certificate from the relevant licensing authority.
G. Foreign driving license should be acquired before obtaining the Singaporean work pass/family pass/student pass.
