Bizfile，It is generally called company registration paper in Singapore and can be obtained from ACRA website, which is equivalent to the business license of a Chinese company. Articles of Association of the Board of Directors

The Articles of Association of the Board of Directors shall be provided when the Singapore company authorizes to handle specific matters in China, such as the establishment of a branch, the appointment of a legal person, the opening of an account, and the appointment of a lawyer.
