Position :Kitchen Crew
Job Type :Full-time / Part-time
Working Hour :10.30am to 9.30pm (Full-time)
Working Day :6 days per week (1 hour break per day)
Location :Bugis, Somerset, Jurong East, Tampines, Punggol
Salary :$2,500 - $2,700 (Full Time) / $12 per hour (Part-time)
*Salary is inclusive of $100 attendance + commissions
Job Description:
l Follow strictly company SOC and SOP for operation
l Perform stock inventory count, ensure food supply is adequate
l Responsible for standard of food consistency and quality
l Food preparation according to specific standards
l Prepare sufficient ingredients for operation use
l Label names and dates before food are stored
l Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, cooking area, kitchen equipment/kitchenware
l Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
l Maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures
l Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by your superiors from time to time
Requirements:
l Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in F&B industry
l Possess good culinary skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills
l Highly motivated and willing to learn
l Good physical condition and endurance
l Customer centric and good team player
l Able to work on weekends and PH
l 6 days’ work week

Job Description:
l Greet Customers and direct them to a table
l Take F&B orders and repeat orders to ensure correct orders have been taken
l Plan table arrangement; set-up and clear tables where required
l Pick-up orders from the Kitchen / Bar and serve them to Customers
l Ensure prompt and courteous service to Customers at all times
l Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area on a regular basis
l Be familiar with the menu
l Ensure compliance with established service standards
l Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by your superiors from time to time
