How to Update a Child's Vaccine Record?

How to update vaccine records for children coming to Singapore for primary school and getting vaccinated in China? What materials need to be translated?

Materials Required for Registration for Foreign P1 students

a. Birth certificate of the child
b. Child's passport
c. Child's entry visa/permit
d. Parents' NRIC, if parents do not have NRIC, they need their entry certificate/work permit/employment permit.
e. Children's vaccination records
f. Any documents required by other schools

Everything else is fine, but what should I do with my child's vaccination certificate? If they have been vaccinated in China before and still hold a Chinese vaccine certificate, what should I do? How to update vaccine records in Singapore?

Send an Email to HPB Mailbox

The email address for the Singapore Health Promotion Authority is hpb_nir@hpb.gov.sg When sending an email, please attach the following information (in PDF or JPG format):

·Birth certificate of the child (Chinese version needs to be translated into English)
·The permit held by the child
·Child's passport
·Children's vaccine records (Chinese version needs to be translated into English)
·Parents' passes in Singapore (front and back)
·Parents' contact phone number and email address
·Address and mailing address

Matters Needing Attention

If there is a Chinese English version of the vaccine in China, there is no need to submit an English version. Simply take a photo and upload it.

Children who have already received the MMR (MMR) vaccine in China usually need to receive an additional shot in Singapore as one of the doses is not recognized in Singapore.

After Receiving the Reply, Get Vaccinated Again

HPB staff will update the child's vaccine records and reply to emails informing them of which vaccines need to be administered. Parents can print out HPB's reply email and make an appointment to receive the vaccine at a clinic.

Vaccine Record Updated Successfully

After receiving the makeup, parents can log in to HealthHub or HPB website through SingPass（ https://www.nir.hpb.gov.sg ）Check the child's vaccination record, which will include the vaccination items, time, and the name of the clinic.

1. Log in to the HPB website with SingPass:
（ https://www.nir.hpb.gov.sg ）

2. Click on "My Child" to enter the child page, and then click on the blue NRIC number.

3. The page will display the child's vaccine records. Click the orange print button in the upper right corner and follow the instructions to print the vaccine records.
