Affidavit for One and the Same Person
2024-12-10
After applying for Singaporean citizenship, many people may need to return to their home country to handle matters such as inheritance, property transfer, bank loans, etc. They often need to present a document to prove that they are themselves. So how should we approach someone to handle it, what is the process for handling it, and what materials are required?
Who Should I Contact to Handle it?
We can handle it.
What is the Processing Procedure?
1. The client drafts a declaration form (which can be filled out using the template provided by the Chinese agent/lawyer/document recipient). After completion, please contact the Chinese agent/lawyer/document recipient to confirm whether the document is recognized by the Chinese domestic document using department. The declaration form can be written in Chinese.
**Due to the differences in laws and regulations between Singapore and China, Singaporean lawyers cannot guarantee the appropriateness of the content. The notarized content is to prove that the signature on the document is/declares the true signature of the person.
2. After making the payment, please send us the electronic draft of the declaration (please leave blank spaces for the signature and date of the declarant). We will arrange for you to witness the signing and inform you of the completion time of the notarized document. Afterwards, the notary lawyer will issue the notarized document. After the notarization certificate is completed, we will assist you in obtaining the Singapore Academy of Law's Authentication&Legalization. It can be used normally in China.
What Materials Need to be Prepared?
On the day of witnessing the signature, it is necessary to bring identification documents (passport/ID card, and any other documents you have provided in the declaration).
How Long does the Entire Processing Take?
Complete the notarization within 3-4 working days after signing.
