In addition to regular SP, EP, and WP, Singapore also has a little-known pass, which is the Personalized Employment Pass, PEP）。 PEP is a pass open to foreign professionals by the MOM, which is more flexible and has higher authority compared to other permits.

Characteristics of PEP

1. No job restrictions, can work in company departments (special industries require relevant certificates).

2.During the validity period of the PEP pass, even if changing jobs, there is no need to reapply for the pass, just notify the MOM.

3. With this pass, you can stay in Singapore for 6 months without a job in order to find job opportunities.

It can be seen that compared to other work passes, PEP is indeed quite domineering. However, correspondingly, the application requirements are not low.

PEP Application Conditions

1. Monthly income standard is SGD 22500.

2. Holders of PEP are not allowed to engage in commercial activities in Singapore. If they want to do business, they must apply for an Entrepass

Regarding Family Permit (DP/LTVP) and PR Application

1.DP
a. Can apply for DP for the spouse (Legally Married)
b. Can apply for DP for children under 21 years old

2.LTVP
a. Can apply for LTVP for spouse (Common Law)
b. Can apply for LTVP for unmarried disabled children over 21 years old
c. Can apply for LTVP for unmarried stepchildren under the age of 21
d. Can apply for LTVP for parents
