4.Parent of a Singapore citizen a Singapore Permanent Resident (PR)
Note: Parent(s)-in-law are not eligible.
5.Graduate from an Institute of higher learning seeking employment in Singapore
6.Parent or Grandparent of a child studying in Singapore on a Student’s Pass
7.Visitor seeking permission to give birth in Singapore
a PR grandmother cannot apply for an LTVP on behalf of her granddaughter.
